All user types can access Analytics, Advanced Candidate Search, and Candidate records.
View candidate sources from the Analytics dashboard
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.

Select Analytics and Overview screen opens.

Set the Date Range field.

Review the Candidate Source section to view the top candidate sources for the selected date range.
Run the Candidate Source Summary report

From the Recruiting platform, select Analytics, and then select Reports.
- In the Candidate Reports section, select Candidate Source Summary.

Update the Date Range, Data Set, and report columns based on your reporting needs.

Select Run Report to generate the report.
You can see each of your sources with the number (and percentage) of new candidates that came from that source, and how many made it through the hiring stages.
Candidate-focused reports

From the Recruiting platform, select Analytics, and then select Reports.

Most of the Staffing Reports and Candidate Reports are organized so the candidate’s name makes up the rows of your exports. Each of these reports will contain a column for Candidate Source. This shows where this candidate found and applied for your job.
Candidate search

From the Recruiting platform, select the magnifying glass icon, and then select Candidate Search.

Select Advanced Search to open fields that you can use to filter your results.

In the Source/Referrer field, select the source you want to search.

Select the magnifying glass icon, at the top of your screen to apply the filter and see a list of candidates that match the source you selected.
Candidate record
At the top of every candidate record, you will see the candidate type and source.
Changing the source
The Candidate Type and Source/Referrer can be changed by selecting the info button (i) next to the candidate’s name and updating the Candidate Type and/or Source/Referrer field.
Make sure to save your changes.
