1. In Recruiting, click Admin, select Careers Page, and then click Settings.
2. Scroll down and click the radio button next to Enable Re-Application Prevention.
3. Enter an HR Contact Email in case applicants run into the blocker erroneously.

Recruiting now automatically blocks applications to the same job if the candidate uses the same email address.

Note: If your organization is not permitted to block applications, regardless of duplicate status, do not enable this feature.
