Email specific candidates and hiring managers in Recruiting

This article includes steps for sending emails to specific candidates and hiring managers in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

 
  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking
  2. Select the job title that includes the candidate.Shows the Candidates for that job
  3. On the Candidate Breakdown tab, select the candidate's name. 
  4. Select the envelope icon. 
  5. Complete all required fields. 
  6. Select Attach to add attachments or drag the files from Document Folders.
  7. Select Send Email.
    1. Notes: 
      1. Use Email Templates to save time. These can be customized in Personal Settings.
      2. When you select Insert an Invitation, Recruiting attaches a .iCS meeting file. When scheduling employees for a phone screen or interview, consider the Recruiting Interview Scheduling tool instead.
