How will turning on offer approval change the process?

  • When the offer letter is turned off, selecting Offer > Offer lets you leave comments.
  • When Offer Approval is turned on, the above is replaced with Offer > Request Offer Approval. This opens the Offer Approval form.
 
 

Can administrator and staffing users approve offers for other people?

  • Yes. Administrator and staffing users can approve offers on behalf of another approver.

Can I skip the approval process?

  • Yes. Administrator and staffing users can skip the approval process after a request is submitted. This avoids the need for additional approvers.

Why can't a standard user see all offers in the approval process?

  • For security reasons, offer visibility across the whole account is limited to Administrator and Staffing users.

  • No. Email replies with #Approve or #Deny will update the Offer Approval status.
