How Do I Edit an Existing Scorecard in Paycor Recruiting?

If it's within 5 minutes of submitting a scorecard, you can edit it yourself. This is part of the Interview Scorecard User Guide.

Overview

This article is for Administrators and interviewers.

Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards. 

 

You can edit a scorecard you entered if it's within five (5) minutes of submitting it. After that, it is not editable.

Steps to Edit an Existing Scorecard

1. Login and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

2. If it's within five (5) minutes of submitting the scorecard, click the job title, and when the job details screen appears, click the candidate you want to add an interview scorecard. Their details screen appears.  

3. Click the Scorecards tab.

4. Look for your entry, click the three vertical dots icon, and select Edit. The Edit popup window appears.

4. In the Edit popup window, you must enter a Reason for Editing. If you do not, you cannot edit the scorecard.

5. Make your changes and click SUBMIT.
