After a few quick setup steps, you can start training your AI Recruiting tool to find more candidates for your open positions.
Before you get started
- Your current Recruiting administrator is the default Smart Sourcing Manager. You can change this in Recruiting Company Settings.
- When activated, choose the job you want to source. You can change the Smart Sourcing Manager for each job.
- The assigned Smart Sourcing Manager gets a notice when the job is ready to calibrate in Recruiting. This starts an AI-powered campaign to contact candidates, invite them to connect, and apply for your positions.
Note: Your first job calibration can take time. If you do not get the email within 24 hours, contact RecruitingSupport@paycor.com.
