Overview
You can create and modify applications in your company. This lets you customize your application questions and fields. You can give applicants a unique application experience based on the criteria you want to gather.
You can create unlimited custom applications based on your jobs and information needs.

Open the application to edit
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Active Jobs screen opens.
- Select Admin, then select Careers Page. The Careers Page opens.
- Under Applications, select the application you want to edit. The editing screen opens.
Review your options for editing a block
Edit title text or paragraph text in a block
- Open the application you want to edit.
- On the block, select the 3-dots icon.
- Select Title Text or Paragraph Text to edit your blocks and questions.
Move a block
- Open the application you want to edit.
- On the block, select the hamburger icon, then select Move.
- Move the block where you want to place it.
Duplicate a block
- Open the application you want to edit.
- On the block, select the 3-dots icon.
- Select Duplicate to create a copy of the entire block and its contents.
Set the visibility of a block
You can restrict the visibility of certain questions without deleting them. This is useful when you want to keep the questions for future use.
- Open the application you want to edit.
- On the block, select the blue eye icon to change the visibility of fields.
Set a required field in a block
You can make specific fields required for candidates in an application.
- Open the application you want to edit.
- On the block, select the blue star icon. A blue star indicates the field is required.
Note:
- When you save your edited application, you must acknowledge that you are not collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII includes date of birth, Social Security Number, driver's license number, bank details, passport information, and any copies of these documents.
- Including these questions or fields could prevent your job from displaying externally on job sites.
