Overview

Candidate metadata is information collected from candidate resumes in Recruiting. This information is used for Advanced Search, which helps you find the most relevant candidates in your database. As a best practice, review and update the metadata to make sure search results are accurate.

What candidate metadata includes

Candidate metadata includes the following information:

  • Position Titles
  • Latest Employer
  • All Employers
  • Current Salary
  • Desired Salary
  • Skills
  • Qualifications
  • Schools
  • City
  • State

Find candidate metadata

  1. Go to the candidate record screen.
  2. Select the Attachment tab to view candidate metadata.
  3. If any data is missing or incorrect, select Edit to make changes.
