Overview
Candidate metadata is information collected from candidate resumes in Recruiting. This information is used for Advanced Search, which helps you find the most relevant candidates in your database. As a best practice, review and update the metadata to make sure search results are accurate.

What candidate metadata includes
Candidate metadata includes the following information:
- Position Titles
- Latest Employer
- All Employers
- Current Salary
- Desired Salary
- Skills
- Qualifications
- Schools
- City
- State
Find candidate metadata
- Go to the candidate record screen.
- Select the Attachment tab to view candidate metadata.
- If any data is missing or incorrect, select Edit to make changes.
