How to send a reminder email for Job Approval or Offer Approval.

How do I send an email reminder that a job or offer needs to be approved?

Occasionally, you might want to send a reminder to an Approver that a job or offer is awaiting their approval.

Sending an email reminder through Recruiting is easy. Go to your Approvals tab, then locate and click on the job or offer that must to be approved.

Click the name of the Approver you are waiting for and when the drop-down appears select click here to send a reminder. (Job Approval shown below.)

The email widget appears and you can edit or send the original message.
